“We got to New Hope pretty regularly and a few months ago, checked out frames at the store for the first time. Sergio was just great fun to speak with and there was zero pressure to but anything. “I recently had the corrective lenses of my eyeglasses replaced at the Warrington, PA Walmart, per my optometrist's instructions. What a fantastic experience! The Walmart employee, Kara, was very professional and competent. She was very kind and very knowledgable as she explained the process. One week later, when I returned to Walmart to pick up my eyeglasses, again, Kara was friendly and attentive and made sure that I was comfortable with the new lenses. I enjoyed my experience and want to commend Kara for her professional expertise.

“Great place, very good eye care. On each visit here I saw Dr. Wisber (highly recommend). And I purchased my current pair of glasses from Pennridge Family Eyecare. The reason for reviewing is the exceptional service I received when one lens popped out and I could not get it back in those half frame glasses. Upon calling PFE I was told to stop over at my convenience, without an appointment, which I did. The visit took all (maybe less) of 10 minutes total and my glasses were fixed. All this at no charge. Thank you, Pennridge Family Eyecare, for exceptional service :)“

“I've worn bifocals since i was bout 3 years old and had what i thought were good opticians in my life, but after working with Arlene for my new prescription i'm blown away by her level of knowledge, attention to detail and the time she spend with me to make sure everything was right. She delivers the sort of old-school customer service that is almost never happens today.
I made an appointment to get fitted for new Silhouette frames (they are the only game in town that carries a good selection) and to discuss progressive lenses. Arlene spend over an hour with me explaining the progressive lenses and taking numerous measurements to make sure everything was correct.
The new glasses were ready in about a week and she got them fitted perfectly.
Bottom line if you're in the market for new glasses or if you're not satisfied with your current optician, give Arlene a call and make an appointment to stop in. I couldn't be happier that i've found these folks.“
