Caitlin was awesome - great customer service. Broke my glasses in the parking lot and Caitlin took care of me right away; all fixed and had me on my way. Thanks Caitlin and Walmart Vision Center Willow Grove.

Visited this business last week to get new lenses put in They were very helpful and they took my insurance. My glasses were ready in less than a week. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A NICE PLEASANT STAFF.

I got a exam for glasses and contacts on 11/9. My glasses came less than a week later. They said they were ordering me a couple pairs of trial lenses. today is the 22nd and nothing??? I'm almost out of contacts which I wear everyday. So needless to say I'm not too happy. They told me they ordered them on the 12th? Well I was there on the 9th? I don't know maybe I'm missing something, I work in sales and I'd be broke if my follow up was this bad...I have to call them they have never followed up.
