“OK, where should I start ? I very rarely if ever write reviews on businesses. To be honest most companies are average or competent, and I just do not find the need to write a review if that is the case. Every once in awhile though, I hire a company that turns out to incredibly good or incredibly bad. When that happens, I definitely feel the need to comment and review them.I hired Bill Gallagher to do a lot of work on my house. I needed a new roof, new gutters, stucco repaired and replaced, and also concrete work. To say Bill and his team did great work would be a severe understatement ! He works with highly skilled teams who each have their own specialty. For three weeks, I had some of the best workers I have ever encountered at my house doing an incredible job ! When you are spending tens of thousands of dollars, you better make sure the workers at your house "know their stuff". That sums up Bill, Cory, Israel, and everyone associated with them ! I unhesitatingly give them my highest recommendation. They will treat your house and your property like their own !!Services: General construction“

“Our only regret in hiring John Brady with Brady Property Services is that we didn't find and hire him sooner. John gave us a competitive estimate in mid-2022 to renovate a hallway and half bath - a project delayed by budgets and the pandemic for about 4+ years. We set a start date of early January 2023 and John began his work.We found John and his colleague to be extremely professional, prompt and thoughtful in their work. What's more - John asked questions and verified details with us as he went. There was no assuming what we might want, and he offered helpful ideas and recommendations. Working in a fairly tight space, John and his colleague were respectful of the fact that I work from home and, although construction noise is unavoidable when tearing down walls and what have you, they were not intrusive or blasting loud music as they worked. I sincerely appreciated their professional manner and dress because my mother lives with us and I am keenly aware of how strangers in the house might make her feel uncomfortable. They were so polite and respectful of her and my family. That cannot be said of all contractors.Now, the work quality: I'd rate it excellent or better. John took great care to ensure the quality of the work and materials would meet or exceed our expectations. He even found a better solution for some cabinets for us that matched the style we wanted without impacting the budget. The drywall work was excellent. He managed to match and/or mirror some intricate moldings to exactly what we hoped for. John also stayed late once or twice because he wanted to make sure the quality of the work was also up to his high standards.Prior to hiring John, we had another company work on a basement renovation. The comparison was like night and day. The company handling the basement took too long, cost too much and the quality of both the work and the workers was not good. Brady Property Services was a study in contrasts with John's work completed in a timely manner, staying within a reasonable budget and producing outstanding quality in the work itself. We have more projects to complete, and John will now be our first call for all of them. I highly recommend him.“

“Had it done on 3/13. Fast process. Ken, Mike and Jeff did an outstanding job. They were courteous and helpful with my questions. I was outside occasionally to see if they needed anything. They explained what was going on and how the process worked. I was impressed with the way they were cleaning up as they went. Left everything as it was or better when they were through. I even treated them to lunch as they had never had cheesesteaks. House seems quieter. Maddison was helpful on setting up the appointment to give me a price and on the follow up process. And from what I have seen and read should make a great difference in the temperature in the house during the winter and summer. Would highly recommend RetroFoam to anyone who has an older house that is drafty or a colder room, whether the walls are insulated or not.“

“We had the privilege of having this company come to our home. We contacted, them the Monday after Easter as we had a shower leak, shower had no shut off. Within a half an hour they came out to access the job. We found Joe very responsive, quite knowledgeable ; he was very polite and took the time to answer any questions. The next morning, he arrived very promptly! His work is exceptional, he is very neat and quite thorough, explaining every step. He tried to fix the problem but our unit was old and beyond repair! He put in a new shower assembly. We can’t say enough, he is so efficient! His work ethic is admirable and will be using him from now on, for any type of repair needed! “I saw the one of the owners of Plymouth Meeting Construction ( it’s a three man company) buy a property that was uninhabitable, completely renovate it, added an addition, a deck, and a separate garage /workshop. Of course, he had to undertake a huge project with the yard too. It was a mess. He completely re - landscaped and hardscaped. No one works harder or does more beautiful work than he and his brother (also PMC) do. He’s my neighbor!The men completely demolished and rebuilt my front porch with gorgeous flagstone. They restored the porch ceiling and centered the light fixture.I hired them in the first place because water was seeping into my basement with extremely heavy rain. After the demo, they dug and poured new foundation footing. That won’t happen any more!My photos don’t do justice.I don’t believe there are more honest, fair, creative, tough and hardworking craftsmen than the guys at PMC. I will consult with and hire them for all of my future home improvement projects .
