Even if the owners have their own design team, Tilghman should consider having their own in house interior designer who will verify/optimize the design to best produce a design that fully describes the project requirements (construction specifics) for the construction leads to implement. Modern interior design tools will also help the owners to best visualize the final installation including best possible material color renderings.“

“We had the privilege of having this company come to our home. We contacted, them the Monday after Easter as we had a shower leak, shower had no shut off. Within a half an hour they came out to access the job. We found Joe very responsive, quite knowledgeable ; he was very polite and took the time to answer any questions. The next morning, he arrived very promptly! His work is exceptional, he is very neat and quite thorough, explaining every step. He tried to fix the problem but our unit was old and beyond repair! He put in a new shower assembly. We can’t say enough, he is so efficient! His work ethic is admirable and will be using him from now on, for any type of repair needed! It’s so hard to find someone that you can totally trust & expect the craftsmanship and workmanship to be 5 star all the way!! We would highly recommend this company for any project you need done!! “Dana has helped me after Hurricane Sandy . We met while he was doing my banding working for the piling company. I then hired him to do my crossbracing installed doors, straighten out molding, build stairs, Railings, etc. He is a Master craftsman all the way. He has worked on three of my homes and even though he’s an hour and a half away, he has helped me out multiple times even when my pipes froze how he came and built me giant barn, doors installed privacy lattice, all around a piling home. He also helped me re-insulate and do the sheathing and put the ceiling back at one point in the extremely cold winter that year.. Dana just ripped out a door sheathed the damage , fixed installed and the floor with his helper in one day just recently . He is knowledgeable about every facet of building- and can do any job as he has built over 500 homes I would highly recommend.obviously .. Thanks Dana for all that you do !“
