171 Franklin Mills Blvd, Philadelphia“My son started to take karate lessons after Action came and did a demonstration at his summer camp. In just a couple of months, I can see changes in his demeanor and he's coming out of his shell. The instructors are the perfect amount of firm with him while still being caring and I appreciate all of their positive influence in my son's life.“

556 Andrews Rd, Feasterville-Trevose“The main instructor and some of his assistants are a pleasure. However, it's overpriced for what is going on. If you just want your kid to do an activity and don't mind not being frugal with your money definitely sign your kid up. ? There's plenty of Karate entities in the area though. Choose wisely.“

2793 Brunswick Pike, Lawrence“Where do I even start... absouletly amazing facility with the greatest coaches you can ask for. Both Guru Ed and Guru Andy are amazing people with whom the scope to learn, practice, and preform is immeasurable. When I say that I do not mean just limited to martial arts, I look up to both of them and consider them to be great role models. The gym in and of itself brings along with it a feeling of community and sanctity which is not as common in todays day and age. In short, it simply is a place you WANT to be. If you take anything from this review I'd like it to be, they do not simply TEACH martial arts, they CREATE martial artists. (yes there is a world of difference) Definetly do check them out, one of the best decisions I've made in recent history !!!“

“This is where I was born. Master Steven chambliss was not just my instructor, mentor, he was my second father. My name is Louie belardo. He is the one who made me what I am today. He is deeply missed. Rip“

The instructors are excellent with students of all abilities and needs, incredibly patient, and super supportive in helping them achieve their goals. We have been with AK Newtown for almost 3 years now and couldn't be happier with our experience.“

9 Scotch Rd, Ewing“I’ve known Kieran Todd for close to a decade as a training partner and more importantly a friend. I train at Balance Studios in Philly and Budo is one of our affiliates. I met him as a white belt and student at the original Budo Martial Arts which was run by Professor Charlie Vinch. Now he’s a high level brown belt and running the school. I visited the new location last night. It’s a lovely, clean, and accommodating space. The coaches and students were warm and welcoming. Coach Leo taught a great fundamentals class perfect for a beginner or even an experienced practitioner such a myself. If you’re in the Mercer County area, I highly recommend. I’m looking forward to returning.“

“Really happy with the concept, service, and instructors. They are responsive to communication, make it a point to work with the students on important characteristics you define, and establish a great relationship with the students at a professional level. My 10 year old has been going to classes for the last 4-5 months and he enjoys every bit of it.“
