“The man they sent was professional, but he looked like a man who worked for a living. He was fair honest and up front about cost. Nothing in my mind came across as a scam. He diagnosed an issue that the last HVAC guy missed completely and that tried to sell us a whole new system rather than fix the issue. REHM are people who you can relate to. Which I thought was insane just to replace a few parts to get it back up and running. However, Elizabethtown Heating And Cooling Inc. fixed it up with a bucket and a wrench in less than an hour without having to order any new parts! It was a fraction of the cost of what the other companies were going to charge me. They were fantastic! “Mr. Raffensberger was extremely knowledgaable and was careful to do everything right and to a very high quality. Fees were very reasonable. I'm exceptionally pleased with the new high efficiency boiler installed at a different location than the old one was in our basement. It was necessary to run a lot of new hot water heating lines, add a natural gas supply to the boiler location, and add air intakes and exhaust through the walls of the old brick farmhouse. The new boiler is heating at a far lower cost than the old oil boiler from the 1950's. Mr Raffensberger didn't cut corners. The installation and operation are great!“
