“In the last couple weeks I have had both of my small children (2 and 4) in the office for random eye problems. We saw Dr. Wisber both times and she was absolutely amazing with both of my girls. They loved her and she was so friendly, knowledgeable and able to work quickly for them. The intake nurses both times were wonderful and the front desk is always efficient and kind as well. Can’t say enough good things about the practice a a whole.“

“Great place, very good eye care. On each visit here I saw Dr. Wisber (highly recommend). And I purchased my current pair of glasses from Pennridge Family Eyecare. The reason for reviewing is the exceptional service I received when one lens popped out and I could not get it back in those half frame glasses. Upon calling PFE I was told to stop over at my convenience, without an appointment, which I did. The visit took all (maybe less) of 10 minutes total and my glasses were fixed. All this at no charge. “I would give this MyEyeDr. location 5+ stars! Dr. Samantha Spinnato, OD is everything you want in an eye doctor—professional, patient, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly takes her time, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and heard the entire visit.

And I have to especially shout out Maria—she was wonderful from the moment I walked in. She helped me through the pre-exam and was so caring and gentle, explaining what she was doing and why each step mattered. She made the whole process feel easy and reassuring, and her warm, calm personality instantly puts you at ease. She’s not only helpful and efficient, but genuinely kind—just an all-around lovely person to interact with.

Debbie, the store manager… where do I begin? She truly feels like the glue that holds the whole place together. People coming in and out of this location clearly know her well, and it’s easy to see why. My personal experience with her was excellent: she’s caring, patient, and really listens to what you want and need. She also gives thoughtful recommendations without ever making you feel rushed or pressured.

“I've worn bifocals since i was bout 3 years old and had what i thought were good opticians in my life, but after working with Arlene for my new prescription i'm blown away by her level of knowledge, attention to detail and the time she spend with me to make sure everything was right. She delivers the sort of old-school customer service that is almost never happens today.
I made an appointment to get fitted for new Silhouette frames (they are the only game in town that carries a good selection) and to discuss progressive lenses. Arlene spend over an hour with me explaining the progressive lenses and taking numerous measurements to make sure everything was correct.
The new glasses were ready in about a week and she got them fitted perfectly.
Bottom line if you're in the market for new glasses or if you're not satisfied with your current optician, give Arlene a call and make an appointment to stop in. I couldn't be happier that i've found these folks.“
