I went in to order frames. I worked with Shayna, who was excellent. She was patient as I took a while to decide between two frames, and she provided advice about what I should be looking for with my frames. She priced everything out, so I could see exactly what I was responsible for. She was friendly and helpful.
I was visiting the Exton location, yesterday. It was busy, and I have received help from a slim blond lady. She made the visit very personable. It was an amazing time.
