Very poor service and very poor medical care. They do not take any real measurements for glasses, so you receive a product which can damage your vision instead of help it. I was repeatedly sold glasses that were the wrong prescription and size. After confronting the staff, I was treated in a very condescending way, and told it was my fault for buying the glasses. I asked for a refund, or at the least, a pair of glasses that would actually fit my face. Do not go here, it's a scam and you may end up damaging your vision.

The eye doctor is pretty thorough, but Gail is not so great. The other lady, MaryLou is actually very nice. Gail tries to be nice, but when she realizes you are undecided about getting your prescriptions, she wants nothing to do with you. I’ve been going there for a few years, but I won’t any longer. The last time I did get glasses, Gail was very pushy about me getting a second pair I didn’t need. I get that they work off of commission, but still. I don’t feel welcomed because of this woman. Absolutely first rate service from Mary Lou! Helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Great selection of frames and excellent pricing. Very positive experience...I highly recommend!
