I have never had a break down due to maintenance issues. They advise you a day before to remind you of your service time. You also get a call when your technician is en route to you. The technician advises you of any issues that need to be addressed and usually has the part available in his truck. They are always courteous and take note of any issues or concerns you might have. I highly recommend using Haller.“
