“My home has 2 HVAC systems and I use Haller to maintain them. I have also used them for plumbing issues. They service my HVAC units for both Summer and Winter. I have never had a break down due to maintenance issues. They advise you a day before to remind you of your service time. You also get a call when your technician is en route to you. The technician advises you of any issues that need to be addressed and usually has the part available in his truck. They are always courteous and take note of any issues or concerns you might have. “Absolute Comfort and Son is absolutely AMAZING! I contacted Brian and Mike at 7:30am because my upstairs heat stopped working. They arrived at my house within the hour to check it out. It was not fixable but they were able to get it to work for the night. I received a quote and financing options within 20 minutes of them leaving. By 9:00am the next morning they were at my house and replaced the furnace and cleaned up and gone by 11am. Very professional and communicated everything. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs anything done with heating and cooling. You definitely won't be disappointed.“

“Kieran ISSAC lied to me about being a senior tech. He told me he had experience working on Buderus systems and then proceeded to cause it to shut down. It’s a complicated system so I always ask for a senior tech. I have a feeling the service department just sent him thinking it would be fine. It wasn’t! The system totally shut down and he had to call an ACTUAL senior tech to come fix it. Eric is wonderful, and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with him, but I’m not happy they refuse to send me someone with experience right off the bat. And I certainly don’t like being misled by some rookie.“

“Called on a Wednesday for a non-emergency hot water issue. I wanted a new hot water heater installed. Ed Rehm was at my door on Thursday at 8 am, tools in hand, and ready to go! Customer service was top tier. Pricing was great, about $1000 less than a local competitor. Upon job completion, he explained everything he did and the safety features I need to be aware of. I will be using Rehm for all future HVAC needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of this type of service.“

“Another great experience. A few years ago we had a split unit for additional heating and cooling added to our bedrooms. They did a great job then so when we needed a whole house hvac unit we called them again. The whole process was seamless. Zaire came out on a Thursday and diagnosed the problem, Friday Ryan sent me an estimate and on Monday and Tuesday morning Nick, Shannon and D.J. Installed the unit. “We had a 20+ year old unit using the old coolant and it was low and leaking, so we had Klings put a new system in for us. Installation was quick, the price was right, and the techs were awesome. However, 3 days later, it started blowing warm air intermittently. I called a tech out on a Sunday and he came out, but when he got there, it had already started blowing cold again, and he couldn't diagnose anything. It did it again on Monday, and that's when they sent Josh out. Josh checked EVERYTHING but couldn't figure out what was wrong, he instructed me to call him when the issue was happening so he could see it in action. Later that day, I called, and sure enough, he was there in 20 minutes and found that the compressor was faulty from the factory. He tried everything to fix it to no avail, and then called the manufacturer and started the warranty process. Of course, we all know manufacturers are very stingy with offering warranty replacements, but Josh was persistent with them and they did approve it. Today, the new compressor was installed, and we finally have cold air. I can't thank Josh enough for his strong communication skills with us, and his persistence to get it diagnosed and fixed quickly. He definitely made the entire process so much less stressful for us.
