“Dr. Laura at Awaken Optimal Health helped me stand up straight! She’s extremely knowledgeable,, takes time to listen, and zones in on the cause of the problem. Along with her gentle manipulation, the spine decompression bed is a game changer! I highly recommend her!”

“I have been attending Susan’s aerial yoga classes for over five years, and they continue to be a highlight of my routine. Her classes flow seamlessly from one pose to the next, creating a balanced experience that offers a deep, satisfying stretch while maintaining a sense of calm and relaxation. Susan has a gift for guiding students through movement in a way that feels both intentional and restorative. In addition to her regular classes, she also offers aerial arts workshops that are thoughtfully designed and a great opportunity to build skills. Her classes are welcoming to all levels, making them accessible for beginners while still engaging and challenging for long-time attendees.
Recently, Mission has expanded its offerings by welcoming a new aerial instructor, Jessica, who brings a fresh and dynamic energy to the studio. Her classes provide an excellent full-body experience, combining deep stretching with focused strengthening work. She has a clear, supportive teaching style that helps students feel confident exploring new movements, while still offering options to meet each person where they are. Jessica creates an encouraging environment where students feel comfortable trying something new, and her approach keeps the class both accessible and engaging.”
