My name is Charity and I’ve recently completed the 4 week workshop at White Lotus Yoga Studio with Doreen on The Importance of Navel Point , and WOW exceptional experience! Doreen is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and passion for Kundalini to those who are interested. The course is well thought out and executed with absolute professionalism. Her background is very extensive and she truly is the essence of Kundalini yoga.
Doreen's classes have been instrumental in deepening my understanding of my body, how it moves, and in building strength, balance, and awareness. This course has forced me dive into myself & is helping me to begin to establish a relationship between my physical body, my mind and my soul.
Through Doreen I've learned to pay attention to what my body is telling me and to listen to it. I have learned so so much. She has a wealth of knowledge to share which was made accessible and easy to understand. I feel like I was given all the resources and tools to equip and empower me to better to practice Kundalini.
She obviously lives and breathes her passion and this definitely made the training more enjoyable and engaging. I appreciate her being true to herself making her a relatable human being, and It has been a journey that I will be forever grateful for!"
