About Jaya Yoga

Jaya Yoga is a welcoming and special place that offers a variety of wellness practices, including yoga, meditation, Pilates, and paddleboard yoga, as well as teacher training and private/corporate classes. The studio has an onsite plant-based cafe with free wifi, making it a community hub in the heart of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. The instructors, including Hilary and Cindy, are knowledgeable, wise, and passionate about yoga, creating a safe and peaceful space for students of all ages and body types.     Jaya Yoga is a truly welcoming and special place that I have come to love and appreciate as part of my yoga practice. Hilary is a warm and wise instructor who has helped me find greater depth in my postures, and it has been such a treat to be in her presence with all of the other students.     While visiting my cousin in the area, I attended a yoga class every day, for 6 days in a row??I met 2 amazing teachers (Hillary and Cindy). I immediately felt welcome and safe in this beautiful peaceful space. Hillary is a genuine yogi- she offers her yoga wisdom and knowledge to all who cross her path and shares her time and passion for yoga with her students and the community. Her energy, humor and lovely personality coupled with her teaching skill and passion work well together to create a complete yoga experience.     I am always so excited to attend a class at Jaya whenever I’m in the area. The space is absolutely beautiful and the classes are the perfect mixture of challenging, fun and interesting. Don’t miss a class with Hilary! She is so knowledgeable, providing a safe adjustment with rationale, and making the class chuckle during a tough pose. You will be sure to leave class with a smile on your face— because you had a great workout and had fun doing it. I’ve loved all the classes I’ve taken there, but the yoga/pilates/conditioning class was a gem! I always leave Jaya feeling tired and lifted (in the best way).
