Kitchen faucet pipe burst and the first floor of my house flooded. Bill and his team helped me redo the entire first floor and added a few upgrades including new windows and back door. It honestly was a pleasure working with Bill. He not only gave the best suggestion when it comes to solving issues we encountered, he also makes sure things are done right. He and his team went above and beyond during this big job and made a very stressful process bearable. I am so appreciative and I love my home now! This is the second time I've worked with NEPA and when the time comes to work on upstairs, I will definitely be calling them!

Excellent service all around. Sales and install were top notch. Nothing pushy when looking in the show room. Installers took their time and made sure it was done right. Took an extra day because of needing fixes to the subfloor. Glad they cared enough to do it right rather than go quickly and have problems in a few months. Will be back for our next floor project
