Holly I would have given zero stars to because she huffed and puffed I could see how rude she was to the customers in front of her and it was equally as rude as she was to me on the phone she had her hand on her head like couldn't be bothered but then I had the pleasure of meeting Darlene who changed my entire view of this place which is sad because her customer service was exceptional something that I'm used to at this establishment I've never met Holly before and I'd be happy to never meet her again I'm questioning if I even want to go here anymore and I've been going here for many many years but if I have to deal with that to get to the proper customer service that...read full review
I can't say enough good things about America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses
While on vacation, I lost my glasses during a water hike and suddenly found myself facing a 12-hour drive back to Chicago with no way to see well enough to drive. I was stressed and honestly thought my trip was about to be ruined. I called the office, and Darlene immediately understood the situation. She was compassionate, professional, and went out of her way to help.
