“Would just like to give a shout-out to my amazing stylist I had today at the Dickson City location, Kat. When it comes to this location I usually expect a 50/50 result, meaning sometimes I love the results and other times I’m questioning my decision to get it cut in the first place as the way it’s set up makes it a bit hard to request the same stylist or barber every time, but I’ll definitely be trying to stick with her going forward. I’m a bit more on the nervous side when it comes to explaining how I like my hair to be cut (as I’m sure some other men can relate to), but she did everything in her power to reassure me it’s okay and not to worry about it. We went over what I was looking for a little bit and she made sure to understand exactly what I wanted before cutting a single hair off my head. She took her time and was super kind and courteous explaining the stuff she was doing to me and checked in multiple times with me to make sure the direction it was going was good… well the results were perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better haircut. I almost made the mistake of not grabbing her name before I left, but another very kind associate helped me with that so when I go in I can request her going forward and he also rocked too (unfortunately didn’t grab his name). If I could leave a higher rating for the experience I had today I would, thanks to this Great Clips location for having these two great employees, I’ll definitely be much more comfortable going forward coming here! Highly recommended going to see her if you are a little shy or nervous getting your hair cut as well! THANK YOU AGAIN!“
