Exceptional service from Kim! I'm usually very indecisive when I pick out frames, but Kim made it enjoyable, giving me helpful recommendations for my style and face shape. She was also extremely helpful explaining my insurance coverage. All around a wonderful customer service experience. I hope she's there at my next appointment!

Alan at the optical department inside Target provided such an amazing experience for our family. From the moment we arrived, he truly listened to our needs and concerns with patience, kindness, and professionalism. His knowledge and willingness to help immediately put us at ease during a time that felt stressful and overwhelming.

What stood out most was that if he didn’t immediately have an answer, he made sure to find the correct information and guide us in the right direction. That level of care and dedication is rare to find.
