“Brian Donnelly and his team are by far one of the very best for funeral services when you lose a loved one.My 94 year old mother passed away in January and we knew she wanted her funeral services at Murphy Ruffenach Donnelly based on her own request over the years. She always spoke highly of Brian's genuine and kind nature plus the services he and his staff provide for others funeral services for family members and friends.I had several other experiences with Brian and his team with other relatives funerals but more as an outside participant. It was always amazing to watch how he handled everything with every detail which honored the family during this challenging time.As for my mothers funeral and her services, he and his staff were caring, compassionate and extremely respectful. We arrived shocked and shaken up, and everyone at Goldstein’s was responsive, quick and timely, very clear in their communication, understanding of everything we were going through, and guided us through the whole process. They helped coordinate everything they could and gave context for every decision. Losing my dad was really hard and it was hard to have to set up all of his funeral arrangements in the same day, but Jennifer did everything she could to make it easier. Their long history and excellent record keeping meant that they could provide us with the choices my dad had made for his parents, creating the opportunity for us to link my dad to his parents in our choices. We are so grateful for Jennifer that day and for the whole process - couldn’t recommend them enough.“

“What a perfect event! The musicians were absolutely incredible, not to mention funny and charming. Their musical set was a great combination of pop cultural and classic pieces, and every number was beautiful in its own way. I had chills so many times!Candlelight created a slightly spooky, but mostly just charming ambience in beautiful Laurel Hill and the whole event was very organized and well-thought out. “I haven't been doing well since my fathers passing but the people at Marvil (including Tracy) made it a professional and genuinely kind experience. I knew he was in good hands there.. They went above and beyond before and after they cremated my father. Even though we didn't pay for a viewing, they set him up in a dimly lit intimate room so I could see and touch my father and cry one last time. They had him wrapped and he had a peaceful expression on his face. It was a beautiful send off.After his cremation his bank was giving up no option but to put his minimal amount of money in an estate fund even though he had no estate whatsoever. We called Marvil again and they directed us to a different bank and they even printed out official documents for us to show the bank to further prove I should receive the limited amount of money. I know this is a long one but I really wanted to genuinely thank the team at Marvil for doing all of this for me. I wish the best for you all and the way in which you handled my fathers passing will be something ill never forget. Everything was beautiful and I am eternally grateful. Bless you all.“
