Our family has chosen Bateman-Allen to provide caring final services to our loved ones for generations. In my most recent experience, Charles went above and beyond to provide empathetic care to our family. He was thoughtful and thorough. He asked questions gently, offered direction, and made himself available to handle our concerns. Eve was also wonderful in all of our dealings. We lost my mother Cheryl a few weeks before Christmas and from our first contact with Charles and Eve, they both made her passing and planning for her services as relaxing and as easy as possible. Eve walked us through the planning stages step by step and answered any questions that my dad and brothers had. She also broke down the exact cost for every detail added to my mother's beautiful services. I must commend Charles and the staff at the Bateman-Allen Funeral Home for handling my Father's funeral with such care and respect. My family has turned to Bateman-Allen for decades starting with my Mother's funeral in 1993 and also the funeral for my Father's second wife in 2021. They definitely treat you like family which is why they are well known to Brookhaven residents. I will continue to turn to them in the future.
