THIS Funeral home is horrible. if you love your loved one like I do, I wouldn’t recommend that you use this funeral home at all. They withheld information until it was time for me to pick up my child’s father. and they told me that I was not getting him fully. They may the worst experience of my lifetime an even greater loss. They made side deals with the other party without my knowledge and Told me they were handling just the payment I was not allowed in the meeting until the payment was received I was denied the last time to see him before he was cremated also by the funeral home .Told me to sign papers without explaining that I will not be getting my love...read full review

My family called tonight for a quote. A very nice lady answered the phone. She asked a few questions as expected, then stated she would transfer the call to the director. She was extremely polite and consoling. The director took the call and OMG. He was so cold. He didn’t even state his name. He quoted his price in an extremely rude manner. He had no compassion at all! He didn’t even offer his condolences!!! We would’ve patronized the business if he wasn’t so cruel and rude!!! We refuse to do business with people like him!!!

The director of this funeral is deceitful and a unethical. I was quoted one price and my price a different price. Red flags popped un when Raphael told my niece I'd rather deal with you then your uncle, who was the only person paying for my brother's service. I brung the final balance in the form of a certified check of $2497.50 and received my receipt as paid in full. 35 minutes later I was called into the office during the viewing and told that Raphael said he'd misquoted the final bill thinking that my brother was going to a different, less expensive cemetery.
