Arlington Cemetery

It's very nice to take a walk in this cemetery and there are markets and other events. There is also a greenhouse selling stuff. The greenhouse has Mint infused water and coffee. I love the Mint water. This cemetery is amazing.

The Maxfield family wanted to visit our family gravesite together this past weekend. It had been years. I called the office to find the location. A lady who answered the phone was very helpful telling me she would have a Lee Petzelt be in touch. Within minutes Lee sent me a map with the location, informing me of the entrance to take and the route. Separately the following day my brother went to the office requesting the same information. Well, Lee was there stating she would escort us personally which she did. Lee was courteous, took time walking the general area with us to find the site. Lee from Arlington Cemetery helped us through the logistical process of the burial as well as picking out a grave marker. The passing of my father was unexpected therefore so many decisions needed to be made quickly. Her expertise, kindness and honesty helped to ease the sadness and uncertainty during this unfamiliar situation. My father had purchased the plot years prior and had given some instruction for his burial.
