“Amazing care! I’ve gonne twice to this location to get both my yearly eye exam and new frames and glasses. The staff was charming, the place organized and clean and the paperwork process was smooth and over quickly.
The most important factor to me was that the optitian that took care of my transaction was honestly trying to get the best for me given my insurance plan rather than push an expensive product. This goes for both the selection of frames and of glasses.“

I haven’t been to the eye doctor in a few years and I desperately needed an exam and new glasses. They were professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. Come to find out, they are running on a skeleton crew! You never would have known! The manager, the doctor, the optician.. every single person there, there was only 4, they handled themselves professionally and with grace.

“I been coming here sense u was a kid and need glasses and they remember me I really like my eye doctor Dr Lisa she remember things I don’t even recall mentioning the staff is nice they help me pick out glasses that looks nice on me I normally get 2 pair of glasses but now sense they don’t service HIGHMARK I had to switch to UPMC for U I only get one pair now and they are pretty nice no complaints.. I normally pay out of pocket due to me wearing bifocals and blue light and transition so that ranges between 150-200$ other then that nice they don’t order lenses for Ray bans Meta due to insurence issues.“

“Doctors are great, but they really need a new system for billing. I had to leave 4 voicemails and every time I called they weren’t able to help me for close to 8 months. They weren’t able sending notices that they’d send the bill to collections but there was no way for me to pay it. They don’t have an online system, they didn’t return calls. It was really frustrating trying to pay my bill.“

“I had my exam today at Eye Physicians and Surgeons LTD with Dr. Balouris. As always, it was an excellent experience. Dr. Balouris did the cataract surgery on my left eye 6 years ago, and it has been functioning well. I have a cataract that is growing in my right eye, but it is having little impact on my daily activities. Therefore, we decided to let it go until my next yearly checkup.
Everyone in this practice is competent, polite, knowledgeable, concerned, and respectful. What more could one ask of them?“
