MyEyeDr. in Moon Township provides exceptional eye care and customer service. Customers appreciate the friendly, helpful staff, including Lori and Jordan, who assist with selecting glasses and providing detailed answers to all questions. The doctors, including Dr. Lia, are kind and make patients feel comfortable. Many have been visiting this location for years and feel welcomed every time. However, some customers have reported issues with lab services, specifically delays in receiving ordered lenses. Despite these concerns, the practice's advanced technology and thorough care continue to make it a highly recommended "gem" of an eye care provider.
I would like to just say how wonderful Dr. Katherine Mirich was when I had an abrasion of the cornea. I also had an ulcer. Without her dedication to my health I would have never known that it was serious. I walked in with the attached photos of my eye and she came through in a big way. I would recommend her to anyone and the staff that was very supportive and kind. Thank you Dr Mirich. I will see you soon
I had a very good experience with the doctor and staff. The staff was very helpful with helping me choose frames that fit my face and looked good on me. I went for a regular eye exam an then came back to have my diabetic exam.
My favorite eye Dr, and team:) So personable, kind, professional, and affordable! A corporation that feels family owned. I “look”forward to my eye exam and a new pair of fun glasses every year…
