Customers also mentioned the excellent service provided by an employee named Tami, who has helped them find the best frames multiple times.
Great service, their team is so nice and efficient—very helpful and thorough at explaining my insurance coverage. Steven helped me check out, he was so personable. Everyone there was kind, personable, and helpful. I’ve been to a competitor for my last few exams and switched due to poor service, I’m really glad I went here!
Worked with Nicole and Tammy, both were helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. They took the time to double check measurements and clearly explained my options to ensure my best interests. I would highly recommend them and will definitely return for my next purchase.
They were super helpful and went above and beyond in helping me repair my glasses! On 9.05.26 my glasses broke and right on Labor Day weekend no less, and the nice ladies inside the store fixed the frame right before closing time. I usually hate to ask a business of anything right before they close but my sight is pretty important to me. Very considerate and did a great job, much appreciated.
