I haven’t been to the eye doctor in a few years and I desperately needed an exam and new glasses. They were professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. Come to find out, they are running on a skeleton crew! You never would have known! The manager, the doctor, the optician.. every single person there, there was only 4, they handled themselves professionally and with grace.<br>My husband recently had an appointment at another eye place in the mall and the experience there was horrible. So, thank you to the staff at Eyeglass World! We will be back, no question. Exceptional service!!!”

“Today I want to talk about the wonderful Customer Service, I received at Dalmo. I am a US Navy Retired (24 years) E-8. I was frantically, looking for a glass repair Store it was very late. I saw that Dalmo Optical closed at 7:00 pm so I followed the GPS and went in. From the moment I arrive everyone was extremely pleasant. My glasses were missing a small screw without asking any questions Ms Sophia took my glasses and started to repair them. I received all my care from the VA in Pittsburgh, but I knew they were not able to repair it tonight. Within five minutes of being a demo, my glasses were repaired. I am so grateful for what they did for me. They could've easily said they couldn't do it. I am sure that take care of everybody the way they took care of me today.
