“Can’t speak for any of the other practices here however, the dermatologist office was great!! Was a little skeptical at first because I saw the reviews and was able to get an appointment with a week which is rare for dermatologist office. However the Staff was amazing from checking in to walking out at the end everyone was friendly. I saw Dr. Gabby Amige & she was compassionate & took her time to explain everything. She wasn’t just treating me but truly cared as well. Definitely recommend the dermatologist side to anyone & everyone! Deserves a 6 star however that isn’t an option!!! He is a sincere, professional and skilled Doctor and a definite "keeper" as far as I am concerned :-) The office is located in a new building in Horsham PA, very clean, and the staff are nice and professional too. There is a lab located right next to their office to make it convenient to take lab tests. I feel confident having Dr. Zhihong Zhou, MD as my Primary Doctor.“

“I have been going to Plumsteadville Family Practice for the last 20 years. I have seen all of the physicians and many of the NP’s that work there - all are highly skilled and incredibly attentive. There are times when you may have to wait for an appointment; when you have a great practice, you tend to be busy. That being said, I have always been seen quickly when I’ve had an emergent issue.

They are truly a practice who tries to see their patients and attend to the issues that they are able to instead of just referring you to the emergency room. As someone who works in the ER, I have definitely seen the opposite of a lot of practices. I was sent for an emergent cat scan to rule out an appendicitis when my presentation was concerning for it and got to skip the ER copay. I called one weekend with a sick infant after hours. The doc said he had to head into the office to work on some paperwork and told me to bring him in for evaluation. What also impressed me beyond words was when I brought my daughter in with something atypical. My provider’s response was, “It’s not something I’ve seen, and I’m not 100% sure the best way to move forward. I’m going to look into it further.” She came back with a treatment plan that couldn’t have been more thorough. You only get this level of care and service from a practice that truly cares about their patients.

“So I went here for a very different reason. My eight year-old daughter lost her earring inside her earlobe. It had been infected and She was in pain. it was a very worrisome situation. When I tell you, Dr. Chapin was the kindest, most understanding, Dr I could have had at that moment, I am so blessed that this is who we were referred to. I did ask him to not really tell my daughter what was going on and he said, I want to gain her trust so I will tell her what’s going on and I will not lie to her. I’ve never had a doctor take that stance before and I think that is what helped my daughter get through this procedure. He then made time for a second appointment to make sure everything is healing up well. This doctor and his staff was so compassionate, I can’t imagine how wonderful they must be in other situations. Highly recommend.“
