I see the negative reviews here, and I happy to say none of this has been my experience at this practice since my first appointment in 2021. In fact, I have found my front desk staff to be sufficiently courteous and efficient. When I have needed a prescription called in for something routine, they've delivered the same day. And recently, I got very sick, called the office and after explaining my symptoms to a kind member of the staff who listened and asked follow up questions, I got in that same day to see Dr. Foxhall. I have been a patient in this practice for over 25 years. I have confidence in the medical staff and always appreciate the individualized care provided. Of course, like any business or practice, there can be occasional bumps, but anytime I have needed the doctors, they are available. Dr. Sands has been a lifesaver as my Healthcare provider. The staff is friendly and helpful. Thank you for all that you do.

This practice is disorganized, and they hardly ever answer the phones. I did not like this practice, especially since they merged. The one good doctor left. I did not feel comfortable with the other doctors, so we left the practice, and found another primary physician.
