This is truly a 5 star operation on all levels. All the staff are friendly, efficient, lovely to work with. I've been connected with this group for more than 6 months, have regular appointments (virtual or in person depending on my schedule). Meeting with doctor Diana Pallin is absolutely refreshing. Prior to this, I've been connected to other organizations where you don't feel a personal connection. This isn't that place! The follow up care from the doctor is responsive to your ongoing needs and is really supportive and resourceful. Dr Palin's office is wonderful, warm, welcoming and supportive. I lost 40 pounds at age 42, which I thought would be impossible. Following their advice, I was able to do it really easily without a lot of struggle. I am going back to lose more.

Hey everyone. I need to give you an account of my experience at NSM, and how have I identified the incredible value Dr Pallin offers to patients. A bit of history. As far back as 2008, I was very over weight at around 260 lbs. I started doing popular weigh loss and fitness programs, doing all kinds of diets including keto that didn't really work.
