As he was looking over the furnace, he noticed the exhaust pipe for our water heater somehow shook loose and was blowing that exhaust directly up through the basement into our home. As soon as he noticed it, he brought it to my attention and took the time to explain his concerns and assist me with getting the pipe temporarily and safely back in place and help guide me in a direction to make the fix more permanent. I feel extremely confident and secure in knowing that Don, and ARC as a whole, will be looking out for the best interests of all of us whenever business is being done.“
