I contacted this company to service a propane heater. The service person took the part that needed to be replaced and ordered a new part. Returned to complete the job but it turned out that is was the wrong part. He left and was never heard from again. The company receptionist said the owner is sick and the company is closed. Bottom line: the heater remains broken with a missing part. The service person didn't even have the right tools and we had to provide and he took one of our wrenches with him. If I could rate 0, I would. From the beginning of the interactions with this company, it was a mess. I scheduled a consult for new HVAC install for a Friday at 3:30pm. I got a message before noon stating we missed the appt. They had come over 3 hours early and said we didn’t show up. The dispatcher then said the service person should be showing up around 3… at 5pm they finally showed up. About a week after that, I had not heard anything back about the quote, so I called them. I was told it would be sent the following day by 10am. The next 2-3 days I received a call stating it was taking a little longer and I would have the quote by 10am the following day. WARNING!!! DO NOT use this company!!!! They put in a boiler that doesn’t work last month, they KNOW it doesn’t work and they WILL NOT call us back to discuss a solution. We have been left without heat for a month. When we call, someone always says they will have someone call us and no one ever calls! Many people I have now spoken to say they too have had the same type of poor service and no communication. They took down my friend’s poor review that he wrote a while ago, so who knows how many other bad reviews they have paid to remove.
