Had a plumbing problem that I needed to coordinate with the water company for them to shut off water to house. The day it was to happen Bill from Steam Specialist showed up on time . The water company was late and then couldn't turn off the water at the curb. Had to reschedule everything and finally got the job done 3 weeks later. When I got the bill from Steam Specialist I was flabbergasted that they did not charge me anything for the 1 and 1/2 hours Bill spent at the house the 1st day. WOW and double WOW. What a great company to deal with!
Shout out to Jay and Tanner of Steam Specialist for the beautiful job they did installing my new gas boiler. They were both professional and courteous while doing a great job. Thank you Scott for sending these two mechanics.
As the cold weather does unexpected things I called steam specialists to address a frozen pipe issue and they came the same day and helped get things running again and they also explained the process well! The techs who were out today may God bless them, thank you steam specialists!
