I called at 7am and actually had the call answered by a person. I was told the plumber would be here in ten minutes. He was here in ten minutes! The plumber 's name was Nate. He worked professionally and efficiently. He was able to replace parts and resolve the issue completly. The cost was very reasonable. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

I have had Kranz come and do a couple small plumbing projects/repairs at my house. Better than a couple local competitors. Charging for travel is standard, so anyone upset with that is ignorant. The last time, the owner's son came to my house to fix a faucet that I had gotten the replacement part under warranty from Delta. Since he was only there for 15-20 minutes, I never got a bill. I called to ask why and the owner said don't worry about it since it would be so small. I would definitely recommend.
