Then he fixed the bathroom fawcette, which a previous plumber had warned us could not be fixed! Josh returned to install a new kitchen fawcette, wrapping up his work in a short time. It was impressive how Josh carefully listened to our house issues, then set about looking at the root cause of our problems, ultimately solving and repairing them. The whole experience was gratifying for us because we felt confident early on in Josh’s easy manner, and in the integrity of his work.
