“I recently purchased a new home and one of the items on my project list was to have the maintenance done on my water heater. I found Lock Haven Plumbing and Heating by searching online and feel very fortunate to have found them. The office was very patient with me in trying to decide on an appointment time that would work and the technician that was assigned, Terry, was outstanding. He arrived on time which was very much appreciated and he took the extra time to answer a lot of questions I had about how best to care for the water heater. I had written down some questions that I wanted to ask him and he very thoughtfully wrote down all of the answers to my questions. Much appreciation!!“

“These guys were great. Fair priced, quick response time, and quick service/turnaround. Somebody was on our property within a few hours of phone call running diagnostics. It was determined our hot water tank had failed and needed replaced. New unit was delivered and installed the following morning. In addition, the owner, Brandon, came back himself at 10p when we had an issue with our AC system later that day. Would recommended 100%. Casey at office is great as well, and very responsive to phone/email.“
