“Excellent customer service! We were not customers and needed an emergency delivery (our current provider put us on the regular schedule when we were out). Klose came right out to our house within a couple of hours, filled our tank with heating oil, and even primed our furnace so the house would begin heating right away. They did charge an extra fee for an emergency delivery, but it wasn't much in comparison to what they could have charged us!“
“The owner came right away. We called on a Friday afternoon and he was at our house that night to help with our boys heating upstairs. He spent hours fixing the issue. We are so happy!!!!! We will be using 24/7 Heat and Air again!!“
