“My first visit in Dr. Yannelli's Downingtown office was exceptional! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable. The waiting room is relaxing, bright, and soothing. My appointment was to be fitted for contact lenses for the first time (I'm in my 40s!), and I had some anxiety about it going in. I booked my appointment after reviewing the website, and having a wonderful phone conversation verifying Precision would be the right place for me. My expectations were exceeded at every step of the way. Dr. Yanelli is not only incredible knowledgeable, she's passionate about what she does. She is a natural in teaching patients about eye care and eye health. Her kind and patient manner and the time that she took to present my options was something that I have never experienced before in an eye exam. I used to consider myself squeamish about eyes, but Dr. Yanelli made everything very approachable and practical. The area to practice putting in and taking out my contacts was so fun (yes, I used the word fun!). They really make the process positive, and it was exactly the experience I needed to get over any hangups and anxieties I had about contacts and touching my own eyeballs. Nancy was wonderfully patient with me during my practice session. I cold easily have seen myself giving up or thinking contacts "weren't for me" if I had not been in the right atmosphere with the right people. I cannot believe that I am typing this, without wearing glasses! I am grateful that Dr. Yannelli is in the area, and that she has created such a warm environment with the best staff (everyone there is fantastic).“

“My whole family and I only go to Design for Vision in Jamison for our glassses and eye examinations. We have never been disappointed!The entire staff at Design for Vision, Peggy, Elizabeth, Dr. Marc and Miss Charity are very helpful and capable. Miss Charity selects glasses and tints for me at least once a year. I just purchased a pair of Polo Glasses from Miss Charity about a week ago. She began with a tray of about thirty (30) frames and together we narrowed-down the selection to about five (5) frames. She came-up with a creative tint selection for the lenses, which I am very happy with. A green, gradient, semi-mirror all purpose lens. very cool! I never would have thought of this combination.Miss Charity always comes-up with a creative combination that is unique. She is like a "Tint Wizard" when it comes to creating a unique pair of glasses. “My family and I have been pts since it was CC opticians. Dr. Johnston is an exceptional Dr. I would highly recommend him. Betsy is so knowledgeable at C.Ser. so sweet and thorough. Virginia is absolutely awful. Not friendly and wouldn't even try to help figure out why SHE gave me a different price 2 wks ago for my contacts which I have the quote. I asked her why it was different and her answer was "I dont know". Her exact words to me where "Today your price is $391"which is more than what she quoted. She Couldn't be so bothered. She should not be working with pts. . She needs training on how to interact with pts. She is Awful. I was in the medical field for yrs and my staff would never treat anyone like that.“

“This was my 1st eye visit since COVID. My previous optician moved locations. My wife recently tried Springfield at Chadds Ford (SGCF) as did I. We are federal employees and our eye care insurance sucks. So we asked for written prescriptions and ordered online. The visit was awesome and so were the staff. Dr. Tom was great and very thorough. I have diabetes and he sent a copy of my results to my PCP. Hopefully my eyeglasses that I ordered online come as advertised. But I highly recommend SGCF and Dr. Tom.“
