Very great staff. Just felt like the doctor went through the lenses way too fast. Even after I asked her to slow it down a couple of times. Feel like my new glasses are off prescription bc of it, specifically on the worse eye(which is not a huge difference from my other) . The wonderful lady who helped me after was amazing though. That being said, Probably a one off experience with the doctor. Picking up glasses was easy, fitting too. - idk if I can get re-examined for free to correct this. I'll probably try the new place behind my business next time to see if there's a difference in service.
This is the second year in a row I have went here. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. Tressa helped me pick my frames without pushing anything on me. She took the time to plug in the different frames and options to see what would be the most cost affective for me with my insurance. I loved working with her. Great, friendly, timely, very reasonable priced quality care.
Teresa is always pleasant and very helpful. The front desk person was very attentive and nice. Dr Dougherty is always informative and thorough.
