“I started out with an outstanding deep pore facial with Anita who is so wonderful. She recommended I try IPL treatments to work on my dark spots. Since then I have been working with Amani for almost 4 months now with 3 IPL treatments completed and now have moved on to my second Microneedling session. I absolutely love the IPL results and now with the MN combatting the texture and other last little dark spots my skin is really glowing. People I haven’t seen in a while have complimented how amazing my skin looks which is so nice to hear! And I have to thank the amazing team of women here at Laser Derm for helping me reach my skin goals. Once my 3 MN session is healed I am excited to jump into some chemical peels with Anita to combat the congestion I have always had. The only con, I really wanted to try the Carbon Laser Peel for the congestion I have that was advertised on the website but they do not offer it anymore unfortunately. “I had my first appointment at Gambhir Cosmetic Medicine last Friday at the King of Prussia location. I have been looking for a new place to get Botox. I follow Gambhir Cosmetic on Instagram and thought they could be a good fit for what I was looking for. I like that they have multiple office locations which makes it super convenient for scheduling and availability. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted by the friendly faces of the front desk staff. They quickly checked me in, offered me chocolate and water, and sat me in their very welcoming waiting area (the office is absolutely beautiful). I feel horrible for not remembering the name of Dr. Gambhir's assistant, but she was so nice! Very friendly and outgoing and was very thorough going over what I wanted to have done that day. We went over my areas of concern and she gave me a round-about quote for my Botox services. I booked my appointment during the $7.95 a unit special, but I find their prices to be very reasonable even at their regular unit price. I believe you get a small discount if you book your next appointment at the time of service, which I thought was a nice incentive. Dr. Gambhir was my injector. She was lovely and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I know Botox typically takes about 2 weeks to see the full results, but it has been less than a week and I am already loving my results. I booked another appointment for April and am looking forward to coming back. Every single person I encountered in the office was great. Thanks, Dr. Gambhir!

UPDATE: I still think the staff was amazing and the office was beautiful. However, my botox only lasted for one month. I have never had this happen. I got 3 times the amount of units I've had before and although the results were noticeable within a few days, They didn't last long. Too expensive to have results that only last for a month. I know everyone's body reacts differently to botox...I just wish it would have lasted for at least 3 months.“

For context, I chose tumescent local anesthesia and felt prepared for it. I managed it, and for many people it may be entirely tolerable, though it was more intense than I expected and left a bigger impression than anticipated. I do not regret choosing local anesthesia.

What surprised me most was the middle phase of recovery. While I was up and moving within a couple of weeks, I did not fully appreciate how much adjustment can occur as nerves begin coming back online. Recovery is not linear, and some evolving sensations are part of the healing process.

None of this detracts from my confidence in Dr. Claytor. I would absolutely choose him again and recommend him highly. This is a five-star experience.“
