My appointment was with Kat, and she was incredible. She took the time to really listen to my concerns, never made me feel rushed, and thoroughly explained everything. I had a previous experience elsewhere that left me hesitant, and she completely understood my concerns and created a conservative treatment plan that felt right for me.

Her technique was gentle, and the entire appointment was comfortable from start to finish. Even though I'm still waiting for my full Dysport results to develop, I'm already thrilled with how everything looks and can't wait to see the final result.

What impressed me most was that I never felt pressured into additional treatments. The focus was on achieving natural-looking results that fit my goals, and that honesty meant a lot.

“Update! I was contacted by the company and had a wonderful chat with one of their representatives. We have come to a mutual agreement and I have to say , they really want their customers to be satisfied. Will be returning to their offices .

I just didn't have a good initial experience on the phone. I responded to an instagram offer and when I was contacted by phone , it was never explained to me that this procedure would only provide a very subtle change, would need to be a series of 4 treatments ($250 each) and that it would need to then be maintained every 3 months. I'm not sure I want to spend that kind of money on what will likely not be much of a difference and it would have been helpful if it had been better explained before I came in for the treatment. Had I been informed of a better option (Ultherapy?) i may have chosen that route. I’m left wondering if I wasted $300 on something that is not going to be very effective.
I also never received a proper receipt upon initial payment. The receipt for the $50 deposit has a name and address of a Spa in Tennessee. I told that to the woman I first spoke to and she promised to have it corrected but I never received a new receipt. So that is why my review is a 3. My experience with the actual provider (Candace) was fine - she is a lovely person But I would like to have been told the truth about this procedure before I came in for the treatment.“

“I started out with an outstanding deep pore facial with Anita who is so wonderful. She recommended I try IPL treatments to work on my dark spots. Since then I have been working with Amani for almost 4 months now with 3 IPL treatments completed and now have moved on to my second Microneedling session. I absolutely love the IPL results and now with the MN combatting the texture and other last little dark spots my skin is really glowing. People I haven’t seen in a while have complimented how amazing my skin looks which is so nice to hear! And I have to thank the amazing team of women here at Laser Derm for helping me reach my skin goals. Once my 3 MN session is healed I am excited to jump into some chemical peels with Anita to combat the congestion I have always had. Deserves a round of applause. I have to leave review. I started medically fab weight lost program in May of this year (2026) . Today I completed their 12 week Glp1 program with 25 pounds lost. Now let’s say, I’m not the one to exercise or commit to a strict diet ,and this program did all the work on its own. I literally have melted away. Glp-1 program is so important and having it administered in person with the doctor is the best choice. I would not have accomplished this success without having the Glp1 guided by the doctor .They was able to see when I stalled , on this amazing shape scale they use, and increase the dosage base on my goal that week and how my body has been responding to medication. I was losing 3-4 pounds away. Literally melting away you hear me . 🗣I’m so happy I went with the guided program . If I had not , I do not think I would have lost 25 pounds in 3 weeks. I also want to mention that I’m a side effect person . I had no side effects whatsoever. The compound Medically Fab uses Gets straight to the point without all that extra stuff in it a lot of shots have. I can just imagine how much weight I would have lost, if I actually worked out.
