From a male prospective this is one of the best health maintenance practices I have come by in a very long time. The quality of care from Dr. Adam and his staff were superb. Usually this is a female driven activity but it was nice to have the staff take great care of me during my procedure and not put any “man shaming” on me. I definitely will be back to touch up a few other areas and will definitely recommend Bala Health to my fellow male friends.
Love it at Bala Better Health!!! Love all the girls and Dr. Wilkes. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. And the savings when you are a Platinum member is AMAZING! I highly recommend Bala Better Health for your cosmetic needs!!!
The team here is like a family. They are so warm, friendly and quick to respond when things go awry. I can be a bit nervous about needles in general and am always a little hesitant about procedures. Bonnie has been the absolute best, both in skill and bedside manner. She’s super talented and I always look natural and refreshed. In truth, I wouldn’t have even opted for some of my procedures had it not been for her enthusiasm (she’s talked to me about all the conferences she’s attended and is open to dialogue about any look, treatment, etc) and bubbly demeanor. Anyway, some folks deserve a good review and she def are all the praise.
