Staff - professional, friendly & attentive.Dr Mulholland - professional, down to earthKnowledgeable, confident which made me feel relaxed. Used Medical terminology and then immediately explained it in non medical speak. Very personal staff and ran on time, yet not rushed.

UPDATE:Joanne, the practice administrator, called me to discuss my concerns. She was apologetic and helpful in getting me another appointment with PA Fiona Halloran. Fiona had wonderful bedside manner and addressed my hands and head issues, and actually prescribed me some medications to use. She was patient and engaging and made me feel like I received exceptional care. Thank you to all of Bryn Mawr Skin & Cancer Institute for making this right!ORIGINAL REVIEW:I saw Dr. Mullholland and while he was efficient, I felt he also missed some things and didn’t feel like he had the best bedside manner.The office asked everyone to wear masks due to flu/RSV going around. Staff are all very pleasant and accommodating scheduling appointments. I have been seeing Dr Ryan for over 40 years. Always very thorough for my skin cancer screening and any other dermatology issues. He thoroughly explains every detail of treatment, procedures and any questions you may have. I highly recommend with 5 stars!
