“Kelsie has been great, I’m a kickboxing and boxing coach at UFC GYM Market Square and I’m grateful we’ve welcomed PTI into our space. I’ve had mobility issues in my shoulder and Kelsie helped me fixed them right up, I’ve got more strength and mobility allowing me to train more and help others improve in their training. The taping also really helps! So if you’re considering starting physical therapy (even if you don’t have pain, just to prevent it down the road or want more strength/ mobility) Kelsie is the one to come see. Her student Dan is also great. Both very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. ?“

“Mike, Heather and Mikey are the best. While everyone truly has their own physical recovery to work with - I kept throwing them curve balls with one thing after another - what started out as an arthroscopic rehab of my knee (meniscus) turned into head-scratching regressions after visible wins - nonetheless - I got stronger, developed a deep respect for their knowledge, skill, professionalism and - not letting me take things too seriously - great times at PTN/Strip - bonus - I am now well versed in bio- and physio mechanics - LOL - VMO, Gastroc, Soleus, 1-MTP, hahaha - they all work together behind the scenes - thank you! I'll be sure to drop in, now and again - maybe on a Thursday at 4:30p - hahaha -“

He was on top of the exercises and repetitions that would most effectively benefit my personal progress. “I live in Johnstown Pa. and over the summer of 23' my wife noticed that I wasn't acting like myself so we went to see our family doctor. He sent me for an MRI and found an abnormality on my brain but they didn't know what it was. The medical options in Johnstown are functional at best and I certainly wouldn't trust them with any major operations or even to correctly read the MRI. My family doctor recommended me to Dr. Bradley Gross at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh for an angiogram of the brain. Dr. gross found an aneurysm on my brain that had a real possibility of rupturing and suggested to have preventative surgery to keep the aneurysm from killing me. Dr. Gross works with some of the most brilliant people that I have ever met and he referred me to Dr. Michael Lang (Neurosurgeon) to perform the surgery. I met with Dr. Lang and part of his team (Julie) to be specific, to discuss my options and they sat with my wife and I and answered absolutely every question and concern that we had. Dr. Lang was called out to emergency surgery prior to my scheduled consultation and came back after surgery and spent about 45 minutes with us. November 22, 2023 was my scheduled surgery to repair/remove the aneurysm. I was at UPMC Mercy at 4:30 am the day before Thanksgiving for brain surgery. I was told from the time I was prepared for surgery to the time I was in ICU and talking with my family after the surgery was about 15 hours. I was in ICU on the 8th floor from 11/22/23 to 11/24/23, Thanksgiving day was 11/23/23 and Dr. Lang actually came in on his personal time to see me and check on my recovery. I have much more that I could type here but I want to make sure that I get this point across. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE that I had an interaction with at UPMC Mercy from the valet parking people to the PA that removed the staples from my head were very professional, informative, caring and genuine about helping and caring for their patients. I can't say enough good things about each an everyone of these people. I want to Thank you all of you for taking such good care of me and forever being a part of saving my life. Sincerely T. Cox“
