“I am so glad that I tried StretchLab, because it was everything that I needed! I waited a few months to actually try it, mostly because I was busy. I had no idea how great it would be for me. There are positive benefits for anyone who comes here and they will help you focus on the things that you need and that are right for you. It is a very focused experience and while the stretches themselves can be moderate to intense, they continually work with you to make sure that you are never in pain or overdoing it. I find the 50 minute stretch to be the best (they also offer a 25 minute session) as it is the most comprehensive and works most of your muscle groups. They have also given me tips for stretches I should continue to do at home. I have been recommending it to friends and recommend for everyone to try it out!“

“Dr. Elisabeth Wheeler is amazing. I broke my hip five years ago and saw her at another facility. I was impressed with her professionalism, enthusiasm and skill. I was happy to find Dr. Wheeler again at her own practice, where she was once again knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She truly cares about her patients. The space is very clean with attractive décor. Also want to give a shout-out to Jason, who is also great.I highly recommend Pittsburgh Performance Physical Therapy!!!“

“As a 63 yr old avid cyclist with knee pain, a fellow cyclist referred me to Sean Crandell for a bike fit. It was 2 hrs well spent. After confirming that no major orthopedic issues were at play, Sean made a few adjustments to my positioning and I am now back fully enjoying the sport without discomfort. Sean has a great understanding of the musculoskeletal issues that can pop up in aging athletes, and specifically aging cyclists, who are reluctant to 'slow down'.“

“Dr Nutter and his wife were such a pleasure to work with. They really accommodated my husband and I. He has Alzheimers and needed to be seen along with me. The made that happen. Dr. Nutter is knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. Very professional and yet friendly and easy to talk with. He successfully treated both of us. He even recommended I work with my PCP. His recommendations were spot on and following his guidance I am feeling so much better.“

“I have been going to Iron City PT for a few months. Dr. Kevin is a fine, compassionate and knowledgeable physical therapist. When I started going to him, I thought I was heading for knee replacements. At this point he has relieved most of the pain in my knees and has taught me some techniques and exercises to continue with the therapy. I highly recommend this young man!“

“When I first saw Dr. Bean I was limping a lot and was stiff. I am 60 yo, but my body made me feel 80. After just a few adjustments I stopped limping and most of hip pain is gone. My posture has improved and I'm not as stiff. I feel younger again. Everyone at the office is caring and kind. Thanks Dr. Bean for making such a difference in how I feel and function!“

“I live in Johnstown Pa. and over the summer of 23' my wife noticed that I wasn't acting like myself so we went to see our family doctor. He sent me for an MRI and found an abnormality on my brain but they didn't know what it was. The medical options in Johnstown are functional at best and I certainly wouldn't trust them with any major operations or even to correctly read the MRI. My family doctor recommended me to Dr. Bradley Gross at UPMC Mercy in Pittsburgh for an angiogram of the brain. Dr. gross found an aneurysm on my brain that had a real possibility of rupturing and suggested to have preventative surgery to keep the aneurysm from killing me. Dr. Gross works with some of the most brilliant people that I have ever met and he referred me to Dr. Michael Lang (Neurosurgeon) to perform the surgery. I met with Dr. Lang and part of his team (Julie) to be specific, to discuss my options and they sat with my wife and I and answered absolutely every question and concern that we had. Dr. Lang was called out to emergency surgery prior to my scheduled consultation and came back after surgery and spent about 45 minutes with us. November 22, 2023 was my scheduled surgery to repair/remove the aneurysm. I was at UPMC Mercy at 4:30 am the day before Thanksgiving for brain surgery. I was told from the time I was prepared for surgery to the time I was in ICU and talking with my family after the surgery was about 15 hours. I was in ICU on the 8th floor from 11/22/23 to 11/24/23, Thanksgiving day was 11/23/23 and Dr. Lang actually came in on his personal time to see me and check on my recovery. I have much more that I could type here but I want to make sure that I get this point across. EVERYONE and I mean EVERYONE that I had an interaction with at UPMC Mercy from the valet parking people to the PA that removed the staples from my head were very professional, informative, caring and genuine about helping and caring for their patients. I can't say enough good things about each an everyone of these people. I want to Thank you all of you for taking such good care of me and forever being a part of saving my life. Sincerely T. Cox“
