I have struggled with weight gain (40+ female) and turned to Allegheny Medical for a medically-supervised weight loss program. I joined the 12-week program. Thanks to Dakoda and the plan he designed for me, I lost 40 pounds (even without the water pill!). I lost more than my goal and, honestly, it was EASY! I saw Dakoda weekly for my B-12 injections and we talked about what went well and what challenges I faced. Dakoda was SUPER supportive and available by text anytime I had a question about food alternatives (ex. what I should eat if I have to eat fast food) or any struggle that came up during the week. My first visit with Carrie Burkley, CRNP at Allegheny Medical was excellent. Carrie has a wealth of knowledge and is helping me to get my health in check. She believes in getting to the root cause of the issue. Office and waiting areas are beautiful.

Very Organized operation with professionals at every level who identify the specific areas of the body that need help. The PT staff identified the areas of concern and isolated specific exercises with tremendous care all while listening to your concerns. A Great Place to go for HELP!!
