I would definitely recommend Hess Physical Therapy. When I started at Hess I had to use a wheel chair to get around or a cane to walk. My wife had to drive me to PT. After being treated by Dr Julie Thomas and the entire team , I am now able to walk without the wheelchair and cane, and can now drive myself everywhere I need to go. Dr Julie always asked before every treatment how is the pain. Dr Julie was always willing to listen and either added new treatments or adjusted the treatment I have been currently doing. The entire team was always there to help.

I have been a patient at Hess Physical Therapy (McKees Rocks location) three separate times over the past 5 years. The first two were of short duration to successfully treat a shoulder and elbow injury. Most recently, I was seen for several months to address a neck issue that was causing increased and severe radiculopathy in my arm and hand. I am happy to say that nearly all my neck and arm symptoms are now relieved, and I avoided a surgery I feared was imminent. I recommend that anyone that is dealing with any type of injury to come to Hess Physical Therapy. I had a head and neck injury, and they were able to give me a daily routine that gradually reduced my pain over a six week period.
