“Today I want to talk about the wonderful Customer Service, I received at Dalmo. I am a US Navy Retired (24 years) E-8. I was frantically, looking for a glass repair Store it was very late. I saw that Dalmo Optical closed at 7:00 pm so I followed the GPS and went in. From the moment I arrive everyone was extremely pleasant. My glasses were missing a small screw without asking any questions Ms Sophia took my glasses and started to repair them. I received all my care from the VA in Pittsburgh, but I knew they were not able to repair it tonight. Within five minutes of being a demo, my glasses were repaired. I am so grateful for what they did for me. They could've easily said they couldn't do it. I am sure that take care of everybody the way they took care of me today.
