The staff is always amazing and help you find everything you are looking for. The optometrist, Dr. Hartsock, is super kind and personable. He explained everything he did and made people feel very comfortable. The people at the front of the store were great and nobody pushed them to buy anything they didn't need. Customers appreciate the outstanding service that went above and beyond expectations. The store also had an appointment available way earlier than other places and they took non-UPMC insurance.
I had an absolutely amazing experience with the Target Optical in South Hills Village. I got the new Meta glasses and Heather went out of her way to train me and took the time to make sure I understood how to use everything, ensured the glasses fit well, and fully explained the protection plan. The crew that helped me buy them (Dan and Tracey) were great as well. The service + the fact I could use Target gift cards to cover what my insurance didn’t solidified that I will only be purchasing from Target Optical moving forward. I’m so happy I found them since I never knew they existed before researching the Ray Ban Metas.
Tracy was extremely helpful and friendly at the Target in south hills village Pittsburgh. I brought my elderly parents in for new glasses and she was patient, kind and compassionate.
