The staff is always amazing and help you find everything you are looking for. The optometrist, Dr. Hartsock, is super kind and personable. He explained everything he did and made people feel very comfortable. The people at the front of the store were great and nobody pushed them to buy anything they didn't need. Customers appreciate the outstanding service that went above and beyond expectations. The store also had an appointment available way earlier than other places and they took non-UPMC insurance.

Excellent service. Tracey went above and beyond to make sure that my glasses were fitted correctly and exactly what I wanted. This was my first time purchasing glasses from Target Optical, but it won’t be my last!!!

I never leave reviews but could not be more impressed with this group from the Doctor to every staff member- unusually and refreshingly pleasant, informative, helpful and exactly what you want the experience to be. Don’t hesitate to make this your go-to spot for all things optical!

STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have never received more genuine customer service than at the South Hills Village Target Optical! Everyone there was kind and attentive. Dr. Hartsock and the entire staff- Mr. Dan, Miss Tracey, and Miss Lisa- were friendly yet professional, efficient, and truly went above & beyond to address my specific needs. First class!!!
