I got an estimate from another company to check all pipes and plumbing. They told me I needed 2 new toilets for 1600 dollars. Hello!! I called Quarato, spoke to Skip who had great customer service and he sent a young technician out to go through the house to inspect all plumbing. Tech Josh knew exactly what he was doing and explained everything in detail. Come to find out there was absolutely nothing wrong with the toilets. And if they did need replaced, the price would had been half the quote the other company had estimated. Will pass the word on to our friends for sure! Thanks Josh for being up front and honest.
