“Delco MMA is a very friendly, welcoming gym that has phenomenal coaches and students. It is a great environment for people of all skill levels, ages, beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Whatever your goal may be, whether that’s getting in shape, learning to defend yourself, or just get active and meet new people, this is the place to be. It makes it a fun, enjoyable process, compared to dreading going to your average workout gym. Before I started, I was a little nervous and uncertain as to what I was getting myself into. But after I took that first class, I was immediately hooked. Everyone in the gym is friendly and supportive of each other, and we all work together as a team to collectively reach individual goals.
