Master Celona is really great with all ages of students. My Grandson is 6 and I saw a big change in him. He is more focused, enjoys learning new moves and interacting with all the other children.Great idea for children and adults.Janine

I originally came here after seeing a Groupon deal for kickboxing. The studio and classes are small but that just makes the training more intimate. The owner who is also the primary teacher is very friendly and helpful and is definitely very knowledgeable about martial arts. Even though I only bought 5 classes and only have enough time to go once a week, I do plan to continue going. Expect to be pushed in the class to keep going strong, but just know it'll all be worth it in the end!
