“Thomas Edison installed a light in my kitchen in April. Unfortunately, the light stopped working properly in August. I called them back to come to check out the light, and they informed me that their service was no longer under warranty. They dispatched Mike to come by to see what was happening. He did his best to diagnose the situation, and after the service manager called to see if I was satisfied with the service, they refunded my service fee. Turns out I have a poorly made light fixture that must be replaced. I appreciated the personal call and the refund.“

Like CSI-“Where’s this issue!? What did you experience, etc” They both went to their detective work. “I had an issue with my standby Generator. Lost power due to storm and the unit did not start. Office was able to get a mechanic out quickly. The issue was not initially evident. The mechanic stuck with it, determined the issue and completed the fix. Kudos to Advanced electric. This is the reason I have a maintenance agreement with Advanced. They're true professionals.“
